You can get this discount if you own and live in a home with a Cleveland Division of Water bill, your water is on, and your household income is at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines.

What to bring
  • Completed application. Will need photo I.D. for primary applicant
  • current water bill
  • and 30 days of income for each household member over 18 years of age. Total household income must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines and participants must reverify income annually to be eligible for another year.
