- You must live in Geauga County with a household income at or below 200% of the Federal poverty level. You must care for a minor child or be pregnant.

- proof of financial need (all income which has been received by any member of the household during the previous 30 days will be considered

- need a medical statement verifying pregnancy. For home repair
- will need to provide an estimate for the repair and vendor must be willing to work with the PRC program (PRC must be approved prior to any repairs being done). In addition
- if the cost of the documented need exceeds the amount of PRC that is to be issued
- the applicant must provide verification that they have paid the amount in excess of the PRC payment
- prior to receiving payment.
