They work with churches and groups to offer emergency financial help. This can cover overdue rent and mobile home lot payments, utilities (water, gas, electric), fuel oil, and propane.

M-F: 8:00am-4:30pm. Office is closed: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr, Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day (and the day after), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Who can use it
If you can get help through the PRC program, you must apply there first. For utilities, you must first apply for Winter or Summer Crisis programs if they are active.
