Tu: 9:30am-12:00noon; W: 5:00pm-6:45pm. Generally, closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and all major holidays. Will be open on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve ONLY IF the holiday falls on a Tuesday or Thursday.

Ohio Works First (OWF) statement
or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However
individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food
will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
