Tu: 2:00pm-4:00pm; F: 10:00am-12:00noon. HOLIDAYS: Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, and all major holidays. Always closed the week between Christmas and New Years Day.

Who can use it

You can get help once a month if you live in Parma and your income is 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. If your income is higher but you have a financial hardship, you might still get help.

What to bring

Proof of Address/Residency (this could be a current postmarked utility bill
Ohio Works First (OWF) statement
or other official document - such as that received from Social Security). Photo I.D. if available. However
individuals can be served once without documents. If a person must send a representative to pick up food
will need a signed paper form stating that the representative is picking up for someone else. The representative will need to bring the documents listed above that pertain to the client receiving food.
