- Hours vary — see schedule belowTu: 2:00pm-4:00pm; F: 10:00am-12:00noon. HOLIDAYS: Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, and all major holidays. Always closed the week between Christmas and New Years Day.

- You can get help once a month if you live in Parma and your income is 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. If your income is higher but you have a financial hardship, you might still get help.
