Who can use it
You must have low income (at or below 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines) and live in Middleburg Heights, or be a low-income member of a Middleburg Heights church. You can get help once a month.

What to expect
Come on Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 noon, or Thursdays from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
What to bring
  • Photo I.D. for every adult in the household: accepts a variety of proofs. Proof of children in household: accepts birth certificates or copies of school report cards. Proof of address/residency (will accept a variety of types such as utility bill
  • rent receipt
  • current ID
  • etc.). If a non-resident member of a Middleburg Heights church: accepts letter on church letterhead stating membership or membership form provided by church.
