Who can use it

Your income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. If you live in Cleveland, you must be in the Old Brooklyn Neighborhood (zip codes 44109 and 44144). They also serve Parma, Parma Hts., Brook Park, Middleburg Heights, Brooklyn, and parts of North Royalton and Berea. If you are 60 or older, you need to meet the income guidelines. If you are homebound, there are no age restrictions.
