This program helps older adults live independently by offering hot meals on-site and meals delivered to their home. They can also get help with homemaking.

- Hours vary — see schedule belowOn site hot meal: M-F: 10:00am-1:00pm, closed on holidays. Home delivered meals: M-F: 10:30am-12:00noon.
- Who can use it
- You must be 60 or older, have low income (generally 150% of poverty, but it can be higher), and live on the near West side of Cleveland. For home-delivered meals, you must live in 44111 or 44135, specifically between W 117th St. and W 140th St., and from Brookpark to Triskett.

- English on-site. Other languages by phone.

- You can choose one or more services. If you get home-delivered meals and have diabetes, they can make special arrangements for your diet.
